Trafigura Canada Limited v Hultink, 2024 ABCA 317 (for the Respondent)

Successfully argued against a motion that CPN7 should apply on behalf of the Respondent. Appeal dismissed

292261 Alberta Inc v Red & White (P1990102059)

Unreported decision at the ACJ (then ABPC) - acted for the Employer Defendant in a contractor dispute matter concerning the interpretation of a service agreement, and was able to persuade the Court to dismiss the majority of the Plaintiff's claim.

Genevieve Laplante Ayer v. Happy House Day Care, 2022 ABPC - for the Plaintiff (unpublished)

Successfully challenged the employer's just cause allegation and obtained substantial severance and costs award on behalf of client.
